Helping Women Reclaim Their Energy and Beat Burnout!

Welcome to my website! As a physical therapist, I have treated a lot of desk workers. When I transitioned to remote desk work, I realized how much knowledge I had in order to stay active and healthy in spite of sitting long hours at my desk. I wanted to share this knowledge to help others be proactive and to prevent pain and fatigue while working at their desks. I also struggled with burnout as a physical therapist and wanted to teach others the stress coping strategies I wish I knew earlier in my career.
When I became a certified health coach, I focused my mission on decreasing the incidence of burnout in women working from home so they can thrive personally and professionally. My "Work-Life Rhythm Alignment" process helps them improve their work performance, relationships, and overall well-being, which makes their lives more enjoyable and fulfilling.

My Health Coaching Journey
I am a licensed physical therapist in North Carolina with 15 years of outpatient orthopedic experience. In 2020, I transitioned to remote work, helping individuals with chronic diseases find specialists and supporting clinical trial participants. In 2023, I discovered motivational interviewing and health coaching, approaches that help clients build confidence and take ownership of their health. Inspired, I completed Medbridge courses in Motivational Interviewing and Telehealth, learning how to guide clients effectively and provide convenient, virtual care.

In January 2025, I became a Certified Health Coach (CHC) through the National Society of Health Coaches. After using my coaching skills to help myself and my loved ones, I saw how meaningful the impact was. Now, as the founder of Living Your Desk Life, I am passionate about helping women who work in remote and hybrid settings live healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a working mom of two daughters, I understand the challenges of working from home and serve as a supportive accountability partner to help my clients achieve lasting change.

One of the most impactful experiences during my health coaching journey was completing the 7-week PQ Coaching Grant Program provided by Positive Intelligence in October-December 2025. I learned how essential it is to address and transform the limiting beliefs and patterns that hold us back from reaching our full potential with more joy and ease. I'm excited to incorporate Positive Intelligence's PQ Operating System into my online health coaching services to help my clients uncover what has been standing in their way and support them in achieving breakthroughs in their work performance, relationships, and overall well-being.
