I Have Been Where You Are

For 15 years I worked as a licensed physical therapist. I poured myself into my patients, my profession, and my responsibilities. And somewhere along the way, I stopped pouring into myself.

​

Chronic stress does not announce itself. It builds quietly, session by session, year by year, until the day you realize you are running a system that was never designed to sustain you. I learned that the hard way. And I spent years wishing I had known earlier what I know now.

 

In 2025 I became a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches. Not because I needed another credential, but because I had found something that worked, and I needed to learn how to share it properly. I have worked remotely since 2020. I understand the specific weight of the home office: the blurred boundaries, the invisible pressure, the way work and life collapse into each other when there is no commute to separate them.​

My mission is straightforward: help women in remote and hybrid roles move from survival mode to living with intention and purpose. Not by doing more. By finally doing it differently.

The Work- Life Rhythm Alignment Method

Most burnout solutions focus on time management or productivity hacks. My approach goes deeper. When you live in constant overwhelm, your body stays stuck in survival mode because of limiting beliefs and habits that no longer serve you. The Work-Life Rhythm Alignment method addresses the root, not just the symptoms.

The Method works in three movements:

  • Shift: Develop a supportive and positive mindset that interrupts patterns keeping you stuck

  • Restore: Learn to regulate your nervous system so calm becomes your default, not your goal

  • Align: Build sustainable daily habits rooted in your values so your life reflects who you actually are

Women who complete this process experience greater confidence, clarity, and ease. They create a rhythm that supports their lives and is rooted in their values and purpose.

Her background in numbers: 

Jamica brings over 15 years of clinical and coaching experience to every session. She holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has been a Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina since 2004, and became a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches in January 2025. She is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. Jamica completed the 7-week PQ Coaching Grant Program through Positive Intelligence in late 2025, an experience she describes as one of the most impactful of her coaching journey.
